Home Care Membership
SERVICE AGREEMENT
- 15% discount should additional service be required during the year.
- Tank water heater flushed to remove sediment buildup and vent checked. ($99 value)
- Identification and labeling of main water shutoff valve within the home.
- Pressure test of homes water supply.
- One (1) free bathroom sink drain snaking. ($175+tax)
- Annual once a year inspection of the homes exposed plumbing to ensure proper working order at the time of the visit. Below are some of the key items that are checked during the inspection.
